What happens to my purchase if I change phone?
If you’re switching to a device in the same operating system, then you are fine! Your Power Ups purchase is tied to your App Store or Play Store ID so simply log back into Skratch, tap your profile icon in the top left and scroll down to ‘Restore purchase’. You’re all set!
If you are switching from iOS to Android (or vice versa), your purchase unfortunately won’t be transferable. As an in-app purchase is tied to an App Store or Play Store ID, you would need to re-purchase in this scenario.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
If you are using the same App Store or Play Store ID, you can restore your Power Ups purchase in a few quick steps:
- Log in to Skratch with the same account
- Tap on your profile icon at the top-left corner of your screen
- Tap on **Restore Purchases **to reactivate any paid features you’ve already bought
- Done!
