What does ‘Unsupported eSIM’ mean?

If you’re seeing the “Unsupported eSIM” alert shown below on iPhone, your device is unlocked and can’t be used with eSIMs.

To verify if your device is locked:

Going to “Settings” > Tap “General” then “About”
Under “Carrier Lock” check if you see a messaging saying ‘No SIM restrictions’

If you don’t see this message you will need to contact your carrier to unlock your device. If not, then please reach out to support@skratch.world for further support.
